OUR PHILOSOPHY:
In the right environment, hockey is a game that kids can enjoy,
and learn valuable lessons from. With the right approach, hockey
is a field in which kids can pursue their dreams, or use as a stepping
stone to realizing others.
At Ivy Hockey Academy, we believe there is a right way for kids
to experience hockey, and a smart way to teach it. We are guided
by the Ivy L.E.A.F. schema: Learn-Enjoy-Aspire-Fulfill. When kids
are learning, and enjoying what they’re doing, positive cycles are set
in motion. When activities are kept in proper balance, the optimal
atmosphere for fun and achievement is in place. At Ivy Hockey, we
teach children to believe in themselves and their potential, while
maintaining a healthy respect for others.

• "The Team is really looking forward to this year. Last year was just not a good experience with the Trainer that we had. But this year, it's totally different: The guys like you. They look up to you, they listen to you, they're learning, and they're having fun... It's nice to have somebody that really knows what they're doing, but also is able to smile." - Brian (Coach)
• "I'm very impressed with what you've done with my nephew... His skating is night and day from when we started with the lessons. There's no doubt about it." -Clif

• "What can I say? I have been involved in hockey for 35 years, and have never seen a better combination of talent and maturity rolled into one package. It was refreshing to see the level of maturity and skill reflected by the elite staff. Let's face it. Hockey is fundamentals and you made it fun and taught it with expertise. Next year I plan on sending both my boys for both weeks. P.S. Daniel is still on a high from his Ivy Hockey experience. Thanks." -Mike
