       OFF-ICE TRAINING


  • We offer Off-Ice Training for Individuals, Small-Groups and Teams
  • Programs are designed for or according to your specific training needs, and scheduled specifically for you or your group
  • Our industry-leading development model includes 3 types of Off-Ice Training: Fitness & Conditioning, Physical Skills of Hockey, and Mental Skills of Hockey. A variety of methods and disciplines are used to train each component. Training is available for any of the three components alone, or all in combination.
  • Rates are approximately $80-100 for Individuals, $20-40 each in groups of 4 or 5, and $150-220 for teams (depending on facilities required)
  • Many amateur players & teams already have enough icetime. What they really need is better knowledge, skills, and preparation for succeeding on it.
